Early Career Researchers
The ECRs group collects all young people that are involved in ASINA Project: researchers, students, PhD students, postdoc, technicians, staff members and stakeholders. We currently counts 20 members, from 8 partners and 6 countries.
The aim of the group is to promote collaborations, improving and sharing knowledge, gain visibility and… having fun doing science!
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Disseminating ECRs work
- Organizing webinars and training schools
- Increasing the connection and collaboration with other ECRs groups from NMBP-15 and NMBP-16 Projects

Postdoctoral Researcher at ISTEC-CNR, Ilaria is an industrial chemist with a PhD in the field of Nanosafety and Nanotoxicology at the University of Trieste.
She likes hiking and going to the theater.

Researcher at LEITAT with a Nanoscience and Nanotechnology background and focused on material science. Currently, David is working on the release from nano-enabled products during different life-cycle stages. He is also a sports enjoyer and food curious.
Research Fellow at ISTEC-CNR, Antonio is an industrial chemist with a background in heterogeneous catalysis. Currently, he is attending a Ph.D. program in Materials Science and Technology at the University of Parma. His research interests are related to the development and application of new photocatalysts for water remediation. In the free time, he likes playing music and biking.
Research fellow at CNR-ISTEC, Lara is a biomedical engineering with a background in neuroengineering and in the development of polymeric devices. Currently, she is attending a Ph.D. program in Materials Science and Technology at the University of Parma. Her project is focused on the development of ceramic nanostructures for water remediation. In the free time, she like riding motorcycle and painting.
Research assistant at STIIMA-CNR. Works on the functionalization of textiles materials, the production of electrospun nanofibres, and the processing/valorization of biopolymers (namely keratin and chitosan). In his spare time, he sleeps, watches movies, and plays video games.
Project Manager at the Business Unit European Funding Development of Warrant Hub, Stefania is an expert of EU funded project management and financial administration.
She’s member of the board of directors of the Italian Youth Association for UNESCO.

Postdoctoral Researcher at ISAC-CNR, Benedetta is a chemist with a PhD in Photochemistry, in the field of Nano and photoactive materials at the University of Bologna.
