Rome, Italy – The ASINA Project’s Exploitation Workshop, held at NanoInnovation 2023 on the premises of Università La Sapienza, was a resounding success. The event brought together key members of the ASINA Project and other EU-funded initiatives, creating a dynamic platform to exchange ideas, share insights, and explore the future of nanosafety and sustainability.

Throughout the day, attendees had the privilege of listening to presentations from ASINA Project members, who showcased the impressive outcomes and market utility of their research. These presentations provided valuable insights into how ASINA is advancing the safe and sustainable use of nanomaterials.

Notably, the workshop extended its reach beyond ASINA, featuring presentations from other pioneering projects such as SbD4Nano, SAbyNA, Sabydoma, and Repoxyble. This collaborative effort emphasized the shared commitment to promoting the safety and sustainability of nanomaterials, aligning with the current EU policy and industrial strategies.

The core focus of the entire day remained firmly on the safety and sustainability of nanomaterials. Discussions revolved around how ASINA and other prominent projects are actively contributing to the development of standards, best practices, and innovative solutions that will shape a safer and more sustainable future for Europe.

We were thrilled to witness the remarkable dedication and progress showcased by our ASINA Project members and colleagues from other initiatives. This workshop served as a testament to the importance of collaboration and innovation in the field of nanomaterials, reinforcing our shared commitment to ensuring a safer and more sustainable future.
